James specializes in the sale and leasing of the hospitality and service industries on Long Island and in the boroughs.

Before joining BHS, James worked as an appraiser for JL Appraisal Service and WJH Appraisal Service and presently holds a license for Certified Real Estate Appraiser.

James obtained a BA in Business Management from St. Francis College in Brooklyn.
