Zubin Hassid serves as Director for Investment Sales and Leasing at Brown Harris Stevens Commercial Real Estate, LLC (BHS), in the Nassau Office. He is an Associate Broker.

Mr. Hassid comes from a long and very rich background in engineering, consulting, International sales of raw materials for chemicals, plastics, textiles and other products.  He was co-founder and managing director of two multi-million Dollar commercial companies. He also invested heavily in number of startup companies with seed funds.

Mr. Hassid joined BHS in 2002 and has since been involved in sale and purchase of a number of industrial and office properties and shopping centers.  During this time he has represented many tenants and landlords of commercial properties and procured leases for hundreds of thousands square feet of spaces to wide range of tenants, both in private and government entities.

Mr. Hassid has earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of New Haven, CT, and a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Columbia University, NYC.

Mr. Hassid is fluent in Farsi, Hebrew and English.
